We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-organized Permanent Service Scheduler to join our team in the construction industry. This role is pivotal to our day-to-day operations and overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a knack for efficient scheduling. This position requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a customer-oriented mindset, and has a proven track record in managing inbound calls and service applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate service schedules for our construction team, ensuring optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle all inbound calls, including routing and dispatching as necessary to the appropriate team members.
  • Document all calls accurately and comprehensively for record-keeping and future reference.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Take and process service applications, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured and communicated.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure schedules are adhered to and any changes are communicated promptly.
  • Proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts or issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all ongoing projects to effectively coordinate schedules and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and scheduling skills.
  • Proven experience handling inbound calls, including routing and dispatching.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to document calls and other information accurately and comprehensively.
  • Experience in taking service applications and processing them effectively.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and other related tools.
