True North Home Care is opening up a WEEKEND home caregiver position in Omaha and surrounding areas (Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, Ralston, Elkhorn, Gretna, etc.).

This position pays $18-20 per hour for shifts Friday 11pm- Sunday Midnight. Mileage between clients is paid at $0.43 per hour.

$18-20 per hour?? What's the catch?

The position does require the caregiver to work every Saturday and Sunday. The scheduler will assign the caregiver to the available clients. The caregiver will be required to go where they are needed.

Pay is weekly every Friday and pay period is the previous Sunday-Saturday.

We love to hire bilingual caregivers, but the ability to speak, write, and read in English is a requirement!

Failure to work every weekend will result in pay being decreased to $16 per hour. If the caregiver picks up shifts during the week (M-F) they will be paid at $16.50 per hour.

If a caregiver would like to request a weekend off, they need to do so in writing, 30 days in advance to not have their pay or status effected.

If caregiver calls in sick on a weekend shift, the rest of their weekend shifts that pay period will be paid at $16.50 per hour. If a caregiver misses more than 2 or more weekend shifts in a 30 day period they will be terminated.
