This position is a 40 hour a week position with benefits.
There is an opening for an Apartment Manager for our 36-unit senior housing community, Camelot Village, located Council Bluffs, IA.
The qualifications preferred are as follows:
- Previous HUD property management experience a plus
- Marketing, occupancy, tenant relations, financial management and maintenance supervision skills
- Ability to assume front line responsibilities for project operations
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and strategic planning ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with RealPage OneSite system a plus
